Fall is a season the place we strengthen our grounding muscle groups.  We put our toes into parks and onto mountaineering paths to benefit from the leaves and the cooler climate.  We breathe within the scent of the earth.  We take a psychological break from interested by ourselves, and put our ideas on the fantastic thing about nature.  We discover a rejuvenated but relaxed power.  Grounded.
